Default front head light

Great looking bikes on this thread! Iv'e noticed in a few of these pictures that the front headlight has been moved down about 6 inches. I love this look and would like to do this on my xbones. Is this a a kit or can it be changed out with the original hardware?
Thanks

Just bought this 09 off my brother now to sell the sportster 48, it was a cool bike but I really didn't like the ride so I bought myself a 2012 roadking 2 years ago which I'll keep but wanted a fun solo bike and have always loved the crossbones. He hated the stock back fender so modified himself a new one also added an S and S aircleaner and trumpet style pipes.

sorry for the small photo i don't know how to make it bigger

Finally found some good pictures where distance between rear tire and RSD Tracker fender with Arlen Ness bolt lowering kit can be seen in a more detailed view. Good bye air suspension.

If I had to guess I'd say that this picture is NOT of a Crossbones with Fatboy wheels but rather a Fatboy with a Springer front end put on. Or maybe even some other Softail for that matter. The reason for my guess is because of the engine and engine trim. The cooling fins look polished as apposed to raw black and everything on the engine plus the oil tank are all chrome. Of course it's quite possible that someone would go through the trouble of making those changes as well but my skepticism for that idea is that all those bits were kept in a stock format. I would imagine that if someone did go through all that trouble they would have given those areas a bit more of a custom twist given the rest of the dramatic changes.
