Who makes those bars? Are they specific to the springer front end? Is there knurling? Does it line up with the risers?

Road 6 Customs. I've had them for several years now and they are very high quality without the crazy price of RSD. They are specifically for springers and knurled. I'm using my stock risers. However, I had to helicoil the threads in the risers because of slippage...which was a problem with the stock bars anyway as well.
