Thanks Tx. I'm doing the same round tank you had. Been sitting on the bench for years and finally getting my lazy *** around to changing something on the bike. How ya been?

Default Finally installed my shotgun shock

Finally got around to installing my shotgun shock. Here's the finished product.

Looks good Tod.Shotgun always adds that touch. Not to mention a great ride.
Finally got my knee surgery done in early March Tx. Almost back to 100%. Rode last week 125 miles without much pain.Good feeling. VW is almost ready for paint. Got motor and all the small stuff rebuilt. Gonna be fun putting a whole car back together after being apart for 2 years.

It's a night train. The wheel on the front is just a stock wide glide wheel and the one on the back is a stock crossbones wheel. I don't recall the sizes exactly. 21.5 maybe...

That would require a springer front end and evo motor.........

Haha I'm going through that with my '87 Monte Carlo that has been apart since Jan '14.
