There are a few motels right near by at the interstate exit where Loretta Lynns is located.

Absolutely agree. I am not concerned with the price. I'd love to pay 150 instead of 350. But, because I'm not real confident that the event will actually happen did it looks like I'll be paying 3:50 when the time comes.

I wouldn't spend 150 dollars on it until I seen the band line up

There is a full page add in the Dec Tennessee Thunder Road. The Dragon is a 4 hour + ride from Loretta Lynn's and that's running 40 east the whole way. A few of my friends and I talked about it, but we figured we'd just roll down around the area the first year and see what's its all about before committing money to something that may or may not happen.

Yes, daily rides to Deals Gap is a bit of a stretch. I'm a Dragon native and I wouldn't ride 4 hours of interstate just to ride it. They need to bring that bike week to East TN. Lot's better riding environment here.

There are plenty of roads in middle Tn that nearly rival those in the Mountains. Just have to know where to go!

For some reason I smell a rat. The email for information is a Gmail address, The domain name registrar is hidden and the guy promoting it on Facebook just started posting on December 13 but has 1500 friends. Guess we will see but I certainly will not be giving this guy any of my money until it happens.
