Don't know about service, but I get all my tires shipped from American Motorcycle Tire. It is in the Phoenix area, Glendale I think. Don't know if they have a walk in store or just mail order.

Independent seems a little too far away

The best prices and fastest delivery I have found is from American Motorcycle Tire, as Bill posted.

Most independent shops will mount and balance them for you, especially if you remove the wheels yourself and take them in. Places like Biker's Bay, The Wheel Shop, etc.

Independent shops usually have a labor rate of around $80 an hour, compared to the dealers at $100+.

Default tire needed in Phoenix

If you haven't got a tire yet try Motortire. Location is close to you. Northwest corner of Sweetwater and Cave Creek road. 623 581 7353. They are great to work with.
