If those E3's have about 25k ohms internal resistance - which I doubt - they'll work fine.
Otherwise your knock sensing system will be inoperative - same is true for most other
plugs except Champion RA8HC's. Go here for a detailed explaination of system operation.

I hear after a few weeks, they burn just like a stock plug. Id like to see proven test for long term. I have seen Test that new ones do increase MPG's, HP, and lower emisions. I WANT TO SEE LONG TERM

i know several people that run E3 plugs without issue any manufacturer can produce defective plugs just because 1 was bad doesnt mean they all are..
ive run stock harley plugs, harley gold and platinums all run the same..im going to try a set of E3's next based on so many good reports and recomendations from freinds ..they are no different than the mazda rx3 plugs of the 70's ..the idea being if the spark fouls at 1 point it has 2 more to choose from instead of jumping out a plug wire at the nearest metal surface, and this is why they would get better gas milage and hp cuz all plugs misfire at somepoint when running the less that happens the better the power and fuel economy.

From my experience for everyday riding, stick with the factory recommendations.

E3's
I have an 07 street bob with a hyper charger, shorty's and race tuner. My bike use to backfire on decel bad util I tried the e3 plugs. I don't know if it did anything for power or fuel economy, but I had my 20k recently done and they used stock plugs. I'm backfiring again. I'm going back to the e3's.
