Finally got my bike back together!

Honestly the seat doesn't bother me at all. Perhaps that's because I am coming from sport bikes. I've been riding sport bikes all my life and until now I've never owned or even ridden anything other than a sport bike.
That being said, this Sportster is pretty much the most comfortable thing I could have imagined!

The V&H short shots are awesome. Not only do they look the part, but they are friggin' LOUD! I wear ear plugs all the time when I ride but when I remove the ear plugs it's just insane.
The only thing is that now there's a lot of popping on deceleration, but that's because I don't have anything sorted out for the fuel yet. That's where the Power Vision will come in which is next up.
I paid $400 for the short shots brand new, so I'm not complaining at all. I think a lot of people will agree these exhausts look pretty damn good on the Sportster bikes.

I absolutely love it! As I mentioned above, this is my first Harley ever. All I've owned for the past 16 years is sport bikes. I can't understand how some of these Harley guys knock the Sportster bikes. These Sportsters are an absolute blast to ride! Honestly, way more fun than any of the sport bikes I ever owned (those were only really fun on the track!).

Ironman,
That paint is really bangin', and you're gonna' love the PV tuner! Now please don't ruin it all by doing a tank lift and wire tuck!!
Question though...my eyes went right to this...are you going to use anything to fill the original holes for the factory taillights? Some sort of thin blank plate painted a similar gloss black as the surrounding area would look good to hide the holes and depression in the rail covers...

As everyone else said, that color looks fantastic, love it. I've been riding sport bikes for the past 10 year, just sold my Daytona and bought a 2013 iron, has the short shots as well, great sound. So far I love riding it...can't wait to start tearing it down some more and changing some things. Good job with the color selection dude, bike looks killer.
