Alarm shouldn't do anything to it. Just keep the battery tender on it and check it once in a while. If your really conerned about the alarm disconnect the battery. And charge the battery outside the bike

Unless the shed is rodent proof, I'd take the seat off and bring it in the house. Rodents love foam plastic. Same for helmets - lost a perfect fit Simpson to a squirrel once, just before a whole bunch of them died violently in the neighborhood...

Check your air cleaner before you try starting it after it's been outside/in a shed; little critters like to nest in air cleaners and mufflers - might want to cover the ends of those, too.

Don't know about the alarm, wouldn't think so. Battery Tender puts out less current than the bike's charging system does.

It's no longer connected to the Mustang. Now, I use it for my two 12 volt RV batteries when the RV is not in use (about 3 weeks/month, all year 'round, sometimes 6 or 7 weeks at a time). It keeps both batteries topped-off, ready to roll.
