Can anyone tell me what kind of bars these are? Are they comfortable? Easy to ride?

Yup those are friscos. Great bars, I have them on my Iron. But no pullback whatsoever.

 

I don't care for them but my wife digs em. Too straight across for my taste.

 

You gotta love Indiana! Wear a helmet when you want or don't it doesn't matter.

and Reed did you need to get new wiring? I have a 2010 48

 

I internally wired them so I had to extend the wires a little. I didn't have to buy anything to make them work though.

 

That second pic doesn't look so comfortable. Look at that curved spine.

 

My thoughts too!! Will be walking like that in 15 years :-/
