Here is my idea

yup, pretty much what I was thinking. A small rectangular box the same height as the lip. park bike parallel just like you want it to go in. slide box under bike butting up against the lip. place jack on box. jack up and roll right off onto the indention.

Pick that mother ****er up, one wheel at a time. Or do what I do, park the cages outside. They're made for rain.

Sell the truck, buy another bike. Plenty of parking.

"Pick that mother ****er up, one wheel at a time" ... Geez, it ain't a bagger. Get it as close as you can parellel to the spot. Lean it towards you on the kick stand then rotate it so the back wheel is one then straddle the front end and pick it up and move it in.

Add a 36" wide walk thru door & take out that bush. Then you can leave the truck in while you ride.

to expand on franktko's idea with the blocks of wood, you can just use one piece of wood the length of the curb, maybe some plywood or something. His idea is really the easiest. just drive the bike up on the wood, slide the jack under it, push it over in the corner.

side note: 2 layers of gypsum board has a 1 hour fire rating if you are concerned about the gas water heater there.
