HD wants $215 for these crash bars! So, let me in on the secret, where do you get them for so cheap? We have a $100 gift card we planned to use, but that's outrageous when there's other alternatives on ebay for 80-100 $.

for better prices, check out Kutter's website. They are at least 10% off of Harley's prices. Most of the time, the discount is even more than that. For an example, the quick detachable sissy bar is 200 through HD and 160 through Kutter HD.

Agreed! I also check with NewCastleHD, they're almost always
cheapest, but depending on total cost of the parts, Kutter has
free shipping over $100 so you can factor that in as well.

hope this helps,

Dont feel bad. I didnt learn about them until I had already sunk some money into my bike at full price. There are a couple other dealers that do the same stuff. They are all generally the same discount. The only downfall to using Kutter is shipping times. They are a little slow to get the stuff into the mail. So if you need something quick, I would avoid them.

Hehh - Kutter and/or NewCastle are nowhere near as slow as Surdyke.
I stopped using Surdyke because they're so slow...

Thanks for the info guys! I think we'll end up going with an ebay crash bar since it's about 70% cheaper. Her bike, she'll make that call though. As long as it's quality and it'll help in the event of a drop/accident we'll be happy. Shiny side up though!
