I tried the Brawler on my Iron, but the front of the seat keep shifting to the left after each ride. I put a piece of foam on the front left to keep it from moving. And having used both I think the Mustang is more comfortable. Shocks and springs are definitely next. What size shocks did you use?

Your bike looks great with that seat. I went 2 inches longer on my 72 from 11 to 13. I also put in Progressive fork springs Mainly for comfort. It made the front end more stable as well. Some people are concerned about raising rear too high and changing the look. Figure each inch in additional shock length will raise rear 2/3 inch because shocks are at an angle

FWIW I went with 13" rear shocks on my 07 XL1200L.
