Default Figure Machine Derby Cover Installed

This is probably one of the nicest mods I have done to date. Just looks Classy and goes with the bike so well. I was very impressed. I had some issues with the install as I was a bit of a moron and did not pay enough attention to the inner gasket being seated properly. I had to take it off and wipe up the oily mess....lol. But here it is. I got the blonde silver finish w/ tinted window. Gives a bit of a soft patina to match my Brass parts

That looks awesome. Every time I look at their derby covers I wish I had a black engine instead of a chrome one - can't seem to picture any of their color/hue choices working with the chrome engine.

I installed the contrast ribbed from them and it looks great.

Very cool. You can see the mechanicalness (props to Indian Larry, RIP).

Get one in polished Aluminum (cheaper) or tell them you want chrome. Give 'em a call. They're very customer oriented and will accommodate special requests/customization.
Here's one of their air cleaners they made for the OL's Bike, in chrome and two colors of powder coat. The back plate is chrome, too.

I like the pulley cover and casing that they have too. It's nice.

I love the Figure Machine stuff. I got a custom points cover done by them. It turned out great. I got bare aluminum and then used some 320 grit scotch pad to get rid of the mill marks. I then used Birchwood Casey Aluminum Black to age the part. If you are interested in the patina look. That may be a way to go. Birchwood Casey also makes a Brass Black that pretty much does the same thing
