Default Drag to Frisco to Drag

Hello everyone and Happy Thanksgiving
Ok I had a set of drag bars on my Harley 2010 48. I love the look a lot but wasn't super comfortable. I then went out and put a set of Friscos on it. I dont hate the look but still really like the look of the drags so I am thinking about getting a pullback riser and putting my old bars back on. However I dont want them really high but I do have a 1 1/2 inch tank lift on the bike.

Will a set of 3 1/2 inch risers with a 1 inch pullback be fine with the tank or will they hit the tank? Preferably I would like to go to a 2 1/2 riser but want to make sure the tank doesn't mess things up.

lastly can my stock top clamp that also has the speedometer attached to it fit on after market pullback risers?
