Default Drag Bar speedo Relocate?

I have a question... when installing my new drag bars with 3" risers what will I need to relocate the speedo below the bars? Can I use the factory speedo or do I need to order a new one and mounting brackets. I don't want to keep the stock factory position with drags bars...the speedo would be sticking up above them. Thanks for any and all help.

View my other thread here.
If you want to mount the speedo upside down, it may hit your tank though.

thanks 128auto for the link...so I shouldn't have to buy a new speedo, just a top clamp right?

You need a top clamp and a speedo bracket, keep the original speedometer. If you want to mount the idiot lights like mine you need a special top clamp, what I have came from a 03 custom.

Or you could go this route. This was many handlebar configurations ago but I'm still using this relocation method as it is in the pics.

I used two pieces of threaded rod and a couple chrome cap nuts.
