the black **** that you use to pull out the choke just broke apart one day. since you can't buy just that piece alone, and its impossible to take the new one off to put on the existing cable, i guess i have to change the whole thing

has anyone done this and if so how easy/difficult is it?

any comments / suggestions, or other things that i should pay attention to
