Default Nightster with Brembo Caliper

I've seen a few Sportsters running these calipers as a bolt on modification with great results but not specifically on a Nightster. (I know a Nightster is a Sportster) My concern are the wheels on a Nightster. Has anybody run this 4 piston Brembo on theirs?

Looking to upgrade my brakes. My rears are good. My fronts just don't make me feel confident. I already have braided line and Super Dot 4 fluid. I simply like how these look much more than the calipers off the VRod.

Thanks,
Evan

The Speed Merchant 13" radial caliper adaptor is what I went with. It's a nice set-up and uses the GSXR 4 pot calipers.

That looks like an awesome setup and I've had those calipers on one of my sport bikes and were great. I have new Wilwood Rotors that not yet installed so want to stick with factory size to make use of them.

Granuda, can you give more informations on the Speed Merchant bracket setup? Speed Merchant site mentions it will fit the GSXR Tokico caliper, will it fit the Brembo also? What year and model bike for the Brembo caliper? What rotor options go with the setup? Do you have to run new brake line and bigger master cylinder? Thanks

They make a bracket to use these calipers with stock diameter rotors also.

The GSXR caliper Speed Merchant recommends in 2011 swapped to being a Brembo & Suzuki kept the same mounting 108mm mounting dimensions.

Speed Merchant offers a mounting bracket for stock rotors or 13" rotors.

I ran a new line but mainly because I have low bars.

I've seen this post but nobody us running on the 19" Nightster front. There is a post on XLForum with a guy who tried the XR Nissin Caliper on his Nightster and it hit the spokes on his rim so couldn't use
