Thanks Chris.
Not yet. I still need to run a different rear brake line and install the exhaust. I had to take a day off so I could put some cabinets together for the garage. It was part of the deal with my wife. Get a new bike? Organize the garage. It's a win-win really.

Hell Yeah, coming along nicely
That's where I was headed before I finally went with the SB, you're pulling it off magnificently
I'm daily fantasizing about a cluster of four gauges surrounding a speedo/tach set up, visible like that. Sigh, if people would only build what we want
Agreed, time to follow Monster's lead with the motor

Thank you Blue Man. It's no McQueen-mobile, but it's fun so far.
Ignore the dangling front turn signal and loose rear master cylinder.

Holy cow, I didn't know you were this far in it's construction, you've wasted no time
That is awesome, dig it! Looks like a bike Jonathan Steed would have in his garage for a fun weekend of romping around
Can't wait to hear how it feels to ride it!
Can't wait for it to go big bore. You know, there's a fellow in Portland named Baisley that has made a life specialty out of perfecting Sportster heads
Nice job

Thanks Kevin. I was pleasantly surprised that a stock 883 can sound this good. I'm so ready to ride it. My turn signals from High Tech Speed haven't arrived yet. I love the product though. Bright and small. I also need to wrap up the rear master cylinder relocation. Hopefully tomorrow.
By the way, I'm still awaiting the belt tensioner for that DK project.
