There was one other old thread of exhaust sounds but since I am partial to the Sportster Forum, I posted this request for exhaust sound videos here although this thread is open to any type of Harley.

Wanted to hear the different types of exhausts with or without baffles, and what you did to upgrade your exhaust system. Just a way to learn what others are doing to get that deep rumble and performance enhancements.


Here is my 2011 Sportster Low XL1200L with slip-ons WITH baffles. I plan to install DK Custom's Thunder Torque Inserts 118W to deepen the sound and increase low-mid range torque. I will post one after the install for comparison purposes.

Here are a couple vids of my Sporty...first one where the video is not so good, but the sound is ok.

It is not so deep...a little sharp for my ear, but it is a good performer!
