On my 48 with stock shocks the bike would have about 10-12 deg lean. Put on the progressive 12.5" shocks and ended up with about 20 deg. So i replaced the jiffy with PN 50185-04. Now I have 8 deg when on the stand. Seems fine but it looks a lot more upright. Should I be concerned ?

I wouldn't think it's a problem unless you can bump it and knock it over the other way. I doubt that's the case though. The only time it might make a difference is if youre parked on a slope.

my nightster is on 13" air with probably the same stand, I always pay now attention when parking.
