Well I don't know how the 10s are wired, does stock have running on the turn?
If not then you need the module.

Yours was run/turn/brake but had three wires. One of the wires was probably run. The other two were turn and brake. Grounding thru the frame. After you cut the wires you can figure out which is run/turn/brake. Since you had three wires and now you have two doing the same thing you will need a run/turn/brake controller. You can get a kuryakyn @ Custom Dynamics. It has been a while since I did this but I think it should get you started in the right direction.

I have worked with this stuff a lot lately. You must have a 3 wire set up for run/brake/turn. Your 48 already has a run/brake/turn module under the seat mounted under the frame just before the neck of the frame tube.

You need to find some turn signals with a 3 wire installation. You can either search for "dual function" or multi function" for led's or dual filament for 1157 bulbs.
