they arent. Remove the bolt holding them in then stick a pipe/rod/ metall thing (keep it clean) in the head side of the muffler and wack the pipe on the ground whille holding the muffler upright... Baffle will shoot right out.

Ok it came right out.. go figure! Thanks! The packing material didnt budge but the main baffle came right out. now my question, those bolts there where holding it in? Completely rusted. I want replacement bolts, but can't seem to find a part number. Couldnt find anything similar at the local hardware store.. know where i might find that?

clean up the thread with a wire brush the take the bolt to a hardware store to use in the size finder. then get a replacement from the store vs search for a part number. it's just an average hex head bolt
