Has anyone done something like this to their Black Denim bike? My wife, does not care for the plain black Denim alone,,(hey, if Momma ain't happy.... right?) She likes Vivid black more,, but would not mind the Amber Whiskey either,, (getting a RG Special,,) so those are my choices,, not a fan of the Blue really. I actually like the Red in the RG Standard too,, HD color choices are pitiful this year, across the board IMHO.

IF I got a Black Denim,, this was a quick "Paint" throw together,, and would consider less orange, maybe just orange pinstripes. I'd get the orange done in Denim or Satin type paint too of course.

 

I plan on Black V&H Pro Pipe on it,,

 

My Dad has the same bike and it looks good as is. If you are planning on something like that I would try to match the color of the red pinstripe rather than orange.

 

yea, just realized I posted in wrong forum,, meant to be touring, but still a general question for all denim bikes,, yea, a denim red would look good,, was going for the HD Black Orange theme,, but may be too gaudy,, unless I do less orange on it..

 

i vote for just pinstripes, having half the fender a different color is too much in my opinion
