Default Tank lift with drag bars

I am thinking about doing a tank lift and wire tuck on my 98xl1200c to clean it up a little. I will probably relocate the coil as well. My concern is my speedo, it is mounted behind the riser above the tank, I am guessing this is going to be in the way after the tank lift. I am not totally set on relocating it to the left side of the bike. If I do that I would like to keep the dummy lights on the clamp, is this possible? Also, if I wanted to relocate the speedo in front of the risers, over the headlight what would I need to do this? I'm leaning towards this option because I could hide the speedo behind a small race fearing. Any help, pictures or advice would be great, thanks in advance.
