Looks like a stock seat to me with a passenger pillion. As for the passenger pillion, I have no idea. Looks like a modded pillion.

That's the stock Iron seat.

Stock Iron, wasn't it used on the Nightster too?

Agreed, looks like the stock Iron seat. The passenger pillion looks like it's should be used with one of the shorter solo seats like the one from a 48 or 72. It's too far back on the fender.
