Vance and Hines short shots
just ordered these bad boys for my 2015 48... I was wondering what everyone may think about the next step? Im undecided on which intake ill use and then what method of changing my mapping.. Dealer reflash, the VandH Fpak, or something else... Was wondering what you guys thought? Thanks

I have short shots on my Iron along with the SE air cleaner. My bike has the SEPST, which seems very complicated compared to the other tuners out there? I'm not recommending anything as I'm not techy enough or have any experience of the tuners available, but if I did buy one I think my cash would be going on the Fuelpak as it looks straightforward enough in the demo videos and V&H offer support too. You can email your map to them and they will make adjustments etc.

On my last Rocker I used the Power Commander V (from dynojet). I bought it from fuelmoto with the pipe pre-loaded with the right fuel map for the bike and they didn't charge for that. I never had any fueling issues with that setup and I'll be doing the same again when I'm ready to throw down again on this bike once I figure out what pipe I'm going with.

I waited a few hundred miles on my 2015 48 before swapping out the exhaust to V&H Shortshots.
I used a Fuelpak FP3 with the standard air cleaner, before fitting a SE Heavy Breather (which I am selling to buy something else).
Dealer downloads are OK, but the FP3 Autotune is far more usable - plus you can use it for diagnostics too.
