Oil dip stick cover
Does anyone else oil dip stick sit sideways? If so is there a way to fix it?

The regular dip stick stuck out the same way. So I bought this one and it still does it.

I have the same one and the last bit is hard to turn, it helps if you put a bit of oil on the "O" ring before inserting.
Also if I'm not mistaken there is two spots that you can start it, try taking it out and rotating it 180 degrees and start there, hope that makes sense not sure how else to describe it.

No push down on the temp gauge, just turns into place and that's it.

+1 - it need another ~1/4 turn clockwise. The "ears" of the dipstick that you grab with your fingers should be inline with the bike frame.
