I really don't like the headlight visor. I didn't like it in the showroom and it hasn't grown on me.

Taking it off impacts nothing of importance, maybe some wires that are organized underneath it. It isn't connected to the speedometer or anything else but removed you can tell something is missing.

Any idea what I do if I want to get rid of it, what bar or replacement part I put in it's place?

Yeah, I'm new to this.
Lot's of options if you use the Modular Headlight Relocation Kit, including adjusting it in such a manner to not draw attention to the wires.

Not sure how I missed one by DK, I guess my web search skills need some work.

I might have to get one of them. I'm ditching the cowl when I get my new bars and I hate the stock visor as well

Hey Kevin, this is semi-off topic, but can you put one of your LED bulbs inside the visor style headlights that are in the aforementioned video? I see that they use H4 halogen bulbs, so I don't see why an H4 LED wouldn't fit. If you have done the LED in that bucket already, I'd love to see how it turned out.

I am using DK Customs headlight relocation kit and headlight. Also replaced the halogen bulb with LED. Very easy to install. The only difficulty I had was removing the existing connector from the old headlight wiring to slip the wire into the new headlight....couldn't figure it out so cut the connector off and used posi-tap to re-connect the connector in the new bucket. The headlight is smaller than stock but plenty of room for LED.

Yes, that is what I'm running on the DK Sporty. I have the Black Visor headlight with the LED drop-in bulb.

If the exposed wires are whats bugging you the customs have a chrome cover that goes over the front of the upper triple tree that hides all the wires that are there. It bolts on to the same holes the eyebrow is bolted into.

You could always put a cool bag there too. Not a sporty, but you get the idea
