I had forward control put on my Iron before I took it home.. the drag bars were uncomfortable in that position, so I put mini apes on mine. Absolutely love it now. Relaxed when I want, I can lean forward and be more aggressive if I want, the mini's aren't too tall.

Stock bars, mid pegs. I sit up straight, with a very slight forward lean. That geometry works perfectly for me.

Then again, I also find the stock Iron seat comfortable, even for longish distances.

You are my kind of guy! For years I teased my dad about his god awful windshield he had on his wide glide. I don't care how comfortable it is if it looks bad it's not on my bike..

You guys with the Nightsters and 48's are killing me, I think you can change things around adding more to the cool factor over us guys riding customs.
Now I'm wanting a set of those La Rosa bags....

Please clarify to that which are you actually referring to; the different style of "rider", i.e., canyon carver, lane splitter, Sunday driving lolly gagger, or the style of "ride", as in straight legged with ape hangers, café, bobber, couch, trike, or?

=8^)
