Do you have risers on the bars? I have 1.5" tank lift and find the mirrors will nudge the larger 3.3gal tank I installed on tight corner (think U-turn). Thought about adding a set of 1" or 2" risers with my Zeds (which I love, much easier for tight cornering and comfort for my arms).

No risers but no tank lift either, I love the bars.. I think I'm going to put some smaller mirrors on as its a little crowded with the shorter bars..

I am surprised all the stock cables and wiring reached. How wide are those bars compared to stock? Bike looks sweet, by the way. Also how does the performance "feel" with the total stage one compared to stock? Thanks.

The bars are about and inch more narrow on each side.. The bars don't go up much higher than stock. I think the reason they fit without extensions because instead of the wires extending to the end of the longer than stock bars they just go up a little. I did have to unscrew and dump the brake line holder on the neck. I was careful as I installed and was constantly checking them..

Stage one setup is great.. I have a thread here somewhere about the way the bikes running but to summarize I did the pipes.. Then the download..then the air cleaner.. Pipes woke up the midrange and made her sound right.. Download gave me back my low end throttle response and smoothed out the powerband.. Air cleaner kinda brought it all together..

Not much more I want to do to her besides ride.. I have a bday coming up so I told mrs I wouldn't buy anything so she would have something to get me for my b day.. After that I'll add new pegs, sissy bar, grips, a solo bag, and a couple more do dads..

Sounds good. I have the La Rosa solo bag with the gas bottle. I need that because I ride mostly in the Texas hill country and not always close to fuel. I have slip on mufflers and they sound great and very loud. I bought a used Dynojet PC-V that I will install when I decide which AC I want. The bike runs great at highway speeds but surges some at low speeds. I think the PC-V download should clear that up. Still trying to decide on a seat and maybe bars and rear shocks. I should just leave the damn thing alone. It's a fun ride as it is.
