Project blacked out modder

Thanks iRider!
Two hours of daily commuting has taken it's toll. It's turning more and more rat bike for every day that passes. I'm guessing I've only got a couple of weeks left of the season before she goes into the garage for some love and rebuilding.
Plans for the winter:
I also stumbled across an old BMW K100 a.k.a. "flying brick" which I plan to rebuild to some kind of café racer this winter. Plan is to sell it with a profit in the spring. Maybe... I'm not that good at selling stuff though, so there's a big chance I'm just going to keep it. Can't have too many toys..

Plans for the winter:
- New tires. I like my current setup, but they're getting worn out. I'm thinking of going for a knobby 120/70 tire in the front and a 150 (Avon Cobra) in the rear for the next season.
- Drag bars.
- Lower the seat about an inch.
- New rear fender mounted on the swing arm.
- Fabricate a mount to move the controls 3-4 inches further forward.
- V&H Short Shots. I know I may lose some power with these, but I love the look.

New tires and handlebar.
Rear: Shinko 230 Tour Master - 150/80-16
Front: Continental TKC 80 Twinduro - 110/80-19
Also had to replace the front rotors since they locked up on the freeway and got overheated and warped. I put on a new brake lever and had to put a piece of plastic between the lever and the brake switch to make it work. Possible that the piece of plastic was a little large, making the brakes staying on slightly causing heat and the fluid to expand.
Swapped brake pads and fluid while I was at it. Managed to fill DOT 5.1 at first so had to flush and refill with DOT 5. Also made the mistake of emptying all fluid before I refilled instead of filling while emptying. It took ages to get all the air out and get the pressure back. Next time I'm filling an empty brake system I'm going to fill from the caliper nipples up using a large syringe instead of from the fluid reservoir down and save a ton of time...
Next on the list: rear cyl. head gasket is shot...

Thanks!
Thanks! No, it's not that bad actually. Much softer than I thought it would be.
Made a pair of drag pipes, just because I love the look and sound. If I've lost a couple of HP's in the mid range so be it. I did not notice any difference at least.
