Default 2016 Roadster

Any info on this new Euro bike? Saw this on Instagram.

Will we finally have a right side lower fork with a brake tab that fits a 48??!?

Here in the UK we had the 883R up to last year. This is from the 2015 UK H-D catalogue, lookin' gorgeous:

The link you gave is from France and this picture is the 48 from the French H-D website:

I think what we can see is that someone has customised a 48, which is what the captions in French suggest.

i dont think it's a 48 but has been modded silly... good mods. i can't find it on any hd world site under 2016 or 2017. maybe it's the secret sportster s model with stock stage 4 and an oil cooler... doubt that with the stock a/c in nightster grey. i like it though

i would buy that if it was real, would just demand dual gauges and rail covers

i really like those wheels

just buy a 49mm dual disk slider set. fat bob parts maybe? you'd have to use a fat bob front fender or fab something. don't wait for the HD to focus group it, lol

take matters into your own hands:

Read the original French ad, which clearly states 48 and an 'aesthetic custom'. That means it's a lookalike IMHO. Unfortunately we can't see the website to look more closely. My money is on a French dealer or custom shop having produced this and offers it for sale for 12.7k Euros.

Wiggum, can you provide us with a link to your source please? We need to know!

C'mon, you can use a computer, where's your imagination:

"le nouvelle model roadster affiche sa puissance exacerbee, une agilite stupefiante et une esthetique custom d'une originalite"

"the new roadster model displays exacerbated his power, agility and a staggering aesthetic custom of originality"

Or something like that!

Dear God that's beautiful...

Inverted forks, triple discs, decent ride height. If they made one like that I'd have a hard time staying out of the showroom.

It's just a 2:1 pipe and (most likely) 35hp short of perfection for me!

Compared with the stock French 48 price of 12.3k euros, the cost of that R almost looks too cheap! The forks have what look like older 4-pot H-D calipers, so I'm guessing they have used XR1200 forks. A 2-into-1 and a bit more power isn't difficult to add!
