Default Rocker cover Bolt issues

My bike is a 1992 883. the risers under the Rocker cover started to link really bad. So, I want to replace the gaskets.

But there is 1 bolt up against the frame that is frozen. I have tapped it. I have applied heat. I have used Vise-grips with the Allen wrench. The Bolt hasn't stripped yet. but wants to. I don't want to Pull the motor. I would imagine I'm not the first on to run into this issue.

Is there any wisdom.. I can glean?

Pics would help. Can you get an impact driver in there?

Keep soaking (soak for a day - really well) with Liquid Wrench or like products.

Buy a new allen wrench ASAP before your try again!!!!

Try the heat and tapping a second time - try to get it hotter than before.

Reads like you have mechanic skills.
Wishing you luck.

Hello and welcome.
Sometimes when trying to remove an allen bolt but presented with limited clearance can cause some stress.
At times i have cut a small piece of allen wrench and placed it in the allen bolt.
Then used an open end wrench to turn the allen piece.
In your case i would re-install and tighten the bolts removed in order to lessen the stress on the plate.
Then i would use the cut allen in the bolt idea.
If you think someone used a thread locker on the bolts then i would use a soldering gun tip on the one bolt first in order to heat it.
Based on the limited information available it would seem like bolt is just stuck because the other bolts shared the stress on the plate but it is now all placed on the one bolt.
