Just picked up a Forty Eight. I am curious aside from the Daymaker LED headlight that Harley sells, if anyone else has mounted any of the 7" LED headlights you see on Amazon and eBay such as these ones:




I've used both of those headlights on my Jeep Wrangler and absolutely loved the light output. Just curious if any of these lights will fit right up to the Forty Eight without any modification.

Thought I would ask, since I'm sure someone must have tried this before.

 

5 3/4 is the standard size for a Sportster

I'm not sure if you can mount a 7" light to the factory mounting point but I know DK sells a headlight mount that would work with the 7" no problem!
