It is the Wheel Spacer Sleeve used in all Mid-glide Sportsters...
48, XL1200C (2011-later), Super Low...
It would come in the Wheel Installation Kit or of course out of an existing wheel
This is for you C but may have to buy it for dimensioning

Do you have a link for that photo? Were you reading the scale in picture? If so, easy to be slightly off
Someone else gave me a dimension of 4.104" While close to the 4.134" you referenced above, not that close for precison purposes

Well, you did good posting the photos
Photos are terribly bad for highly accurate dimensional presentation unless the photographer takes extreme care in portraying the important information
Posting the photos served their purpose...I can now see where you went awry on the Vernier scale and also where 10.4 and 10.5cm can easily misread.
You don't use the edge of the caliper, you first use the "0" to get the XX.00mm then use the vernier scale to the right to get any fractions thereof (as in .XXmm in increments of .05mm)
Thanks for posting those photos. They helped.
Look up vernier to see some examples if interested
BTW, nobody would get the exact values from that photo of the vernier scale...bad angles. But they could/would help for rough sizing

Thanks @Cvaria.
@multihdrdr
Yeah, I wouldn't use the info I provided to have one made, I certainly was after the rough size, and the guy taking the photos looked to be doing his best (not bad photos at all).
It would be nice if we could find the actual specification.
If anyone does, I hope they post that here.
Yer welcome and thanks for posting back!
