My first and only Harley so far and I love it. I like the look of the 48 but it wouldn't work for me, so I doubt i'll own one. If I did i'd only end up turning it into an Iron anyway as i'd want longer travel suspension and a bigger tank, lol.

I may do a 1200/1250 conversion at some point, just because I can and not because i need the extra power. So I guess thee isn't anything that would tempt e away? That Roadster sure is purdy though!

When I get the itch for a different riding experience, I jump on the Street Glide for a nice long trek.

I'm somewhat of the same school. Would never part with my Sportsters or my 1974 CB-360. But I am looking to add a KLR-650 for some ADV rides and those off-road jaunts.

In 2005 I bought a XL883C with the intent of getting something bigger later, I always wanted a bagger, 2 years later HD came out with the "Stick it to the man" program... I got my FLHTC it was and is sort of my dream bike... I really haven't seen anything else that calls me except a Heritage Softail as a 2nd bike for my wife and me....I ride my Sister in laws 1200 this weekend and I don't remember how I put 20000 miles in 2 years on it, it's small for my big frame but it hauls ***.

The only trade-in itch I have is getting a 48, more than likely to keep the 883L and modify it.

I test rode the new street twin from triumph and While it did feel better to me than my Sporty it didnt have the power. But thats comparing a ~900cc to a 1200cc. Moving into a major city I may actually be better of with that bike soon anyway.

DK, That is a kick *** Sport. Love it.

Notta, as in not a damn thing. I have always said when I want to get rid of my Sportster I will be ready to trade it in for a rocking chair. But I did get an '06 Fatboy to keep her company when I am not riding her.

Triumph Thruxton. If I had seen this bike before I bought my 48, I "might" have went with this bike instead. I know, blasphemy. I just love cafe racer style bikes.

I won't never sell or trade the sporty but I will have one of these bikes in the near future.

I rode a 2016 street bob. That bike fit me all around. Almost traded it that day but could make the numbers make sense. That will be my next bike.
