Default Stock Wiring With Mini-Apes

I am thinking about installing some 7.25" apes on my '12 1200c, and I was wondering if anyone has any input as to whether or not the stock electrical and brake/clutch lines will still reach the bars.

Looking at the H-D Tallboy Bars.

Any feedback helpful...thanks.

A word of caution! Installing higher bars occurs all around HDF and there are often conflicting recommendations (same comment applies to lots of popular customising jobs). Don't be surprised if you find your personal set-up requires some new parts.

hi, so excited I found your post on this, I've been looking into it all day. I have a 2017 48 and wanted to change out the stock bars to either the tall boys or Harley's mini apes. I see you said you just replaced the brake line. Do you have abs? Did you replace just the upper line or both? Harley's parts list shows upper and lower. It would be awesome if those are the only cables I need. Thank you

What he said. I researched for weeks before I pulled the trigger on anything because of all the conflicting answers I heard. Not to stir the pot or make you second guess anything, but I had to find quite a few people with my exact same bike who did varying heights of bar swaps to find out exactly what I needed.
