How is the condition of the vacuum hose that is connected to the fuel tank petcock? That valve is vacuum controlled and if the hose has some cracks it could be loosing enough vacuum to partially close the valve and starve the carb.

Replaced the coil and the problem still exists. Would the intake seal and gas tank gasket cause it to do it randomly after riding it for awhile? It usually is after I ride it for 30 minutes and then out of no where it does it. I've been thinking maybe the ignition module or bank angle sensor. Does anybody have experience with the BAS? My manual said to check it with a magnet and it didn't die so does that mean its bad?

Above my paygrade. Sorry.

That's why I stick with old stuff.

Best of luck figuring it out.

Ignition module. Old ones often start to fail when the motor gets up to full temp.

How would I go about checking the module?

See if you can find an aerosol can of "Circuit Cooler". That used to be easy as Radio Shack carried it, but since they're out of business you'll have to do some calling around to electronics stores.

Carry the can with you and when it happens again, spray down the ignition module with the cooler and see if it (temporarily) fixes the symptom.

When I changed the plugs I went to autozone and they cross referenced the plug (I know, but every other place was closed) and gave me a NGK DCPR6E, but when I checked the forums they indicated that I needed a DCPR7E. I pulled the DCPR6E and it looked like this. I've swapped in the right plug but its been too cold to ride it, could this be my problem?

DCPR7E is the correct plug for a stock or stage 1 motor.
No, being off +/- one heat range step does not match your symptoms.
