Good point. . I had forgotten about that.
I was wondering about that new crossover starting in 2014 I think?

I've looked at pictures of the 2016 Sportster on the Harley website and the lower exhaust/mufflers looks like it is mounted the same. . . just no lower crossover.

Now there may be limitations to what may be used. I am sure that Harley and Company has products that fit the new configuration. ..

I've been running Cycle Shacks for 10 years. Over 100,000 miles, and still look good for cheap slip ons. They might be too loud for you. Also, I'm not sure if they make pipes for 2015, or they are even still in biz. Would be worth checking into. When I purchased mine they were $119.

I love my cycle shacks! Not very expensive and sound great. They aren't very loud but definitely has that Harley rumble at idle. They're perfect for me. Wasn't hard to install either.

I wish they made them in black powdered though. Wanted to wrap my headers and paint The shields and muffler in black...

Anyways, you can't best what they offer for that price!

IMO.......$199...best bang for the $$$$. Free unlimited maps, stores 3 selectable maps.
Add a free flow air filter later, the map can already be preloaded. A flip of a dial and the map can be changed.

Fuel Moto also carries the V&H Fuel pack. $319 http://www.fuelmotousa.com/cart.html

All these changes in exhaust systems, EFI, etc. .. makes me glad I bought a used 2009 Sportster with only 3,890 miles on it. They're out there.

And, sorry to say, myself, my brother, and others I know shy away from V&H anything . . .

Be forewarned about the V&H Fuel Pack.
From Fuel Moto's website

FP3 does not support modifications such as aftermarket cams or big bore kits.

I just purchased a 2012 XL1200CP that was completely stock. I purchased a set of Rush Slip-On mufflers with 2.25" Baffles and they sound fantastic. I also did not have to have anything done to it. There is no decel pop and it still runs great. I love the way it sounds.

By all means go with the Fuelpak FP3. Made a major difference on my 2014 1200C with S&S slip-ons. $320 or so from Amazon. Very easy to install and use if you follow the 'rules'--the stock map worked well but am now into auto-tuning and getting even more improvement. Hard to go wrong but if you do its easy to start over (I know from experience). FIVE STARS as far as I'm concerned.
