Sounds like a fuel delivery issue to me. Is it most prevalent at 2800-3200 rpm?

Fuel Moto Micro complete for 2007-1012 XL 883 or 1200.

If there are no baffles in the pipes, (my guess) that is the source of your problem.

WHAT sounds like a fuel delivery issue? I don't see any info on the symptoms.

In any case, have you contacted Fuel Moto?

the first orginal post was in a welcome post. heres what the bike is doing. it is a 2009 Sportster Nightster 1200 09 just under 1100 miles first street bike in 16 years. when it is cold it fires right up after it warms up it is a night mare to get to start. it has a hesatation so bad when warm that i dropped the bike and got hurt the other day. i was looking at a rev tec on ebay for like 25, also was looking at the nightrider o2 enricherners. but i cant be spending money on things that cant fix the problem. i have a bike i cant ride right now. the hesatation is right off idle .

I suspect it's the flash or lighting on your phone but please confirm that you do not have one pipe light grey and the other black on the inside.
