The bike is back from the shop. I have new Michelin Commander IIs. The clutch was inspected and adjusted. The brake rod issue was fixed. A new spring was placed on the kickstand. The bike axles were cleaned and greased. And they inspected it.
Next round is suspension and brake lines as far as "needs" go. I want to get the HD Bobber Style Intake, new mirrors, new gas cap, change out the covers, etc...

Bike is at the shop getting looked over, new Michelin Commander IIs, the brake rod replaced, and exhaust lined up.
The next round of upgrades will be stainless brake lines, new intake (HD Bobber style), Progressive 12" rear setup, Progressive front springs, and new fork and brake fluid.

if you going to open up the fork, put progressive mono tubes in them. or anything you want. but with a cartridge system like the mono tube, youll never have to service them ones you install them. well worth the $225 i spent no more bottoming out going down the drive way. plus the 12" inch shock will push your front end down. i have 12" 444 and a 4" mono tube kit im 250 lbs with gear. yours might be a 5 inch kits. also look at you options for rear shock. I went with 12 inches 444 and wish i would have gotten 13 ' piggy back 970 or something with compression and rebound adjustments, not just spring preload. DK customs shock look pretty good. Progressive 12" 444 have 2.75" maybe 2.9ish travel. 13" 444 have 3.1 inch travel. and the 13" i970 have 3.5 inch of travel.
