How big of a bag do you want???

HD makes a round and oblong bag that has hard plastic to hold it's shape, then you can use bungie straps to secure it. Works great.

Maybe others have more suggestions

I have the H-D solo rack on my Springer Classic. I bought a round bag from Wholesale Direct in Ozark, Missouri (http://www.ozarkleatherco.com/). This bag attaches with straps and quick disconnect clips. It has a handle for carrying, hard plastic to maintain it's shape and a waterproof liner for the inside. It fits the solo rack like it was made for the bike.

What is the size of the bag from ozark? I went to the web site and it only shows a pic of the bag. I too only have the motherwell rack and would like a bag to attach to it.

I'm going from memory because I am at work, but I believe the bag is 12" in diameter by 18-20" long. I will check when I get home tonight and let you know if it's any different than that.

The actual size is 10" in diameter by 16" long.

brendajmull-

Yes, the one on the web site is the one I have. I bought mine about three months ago and finally took it on a long trip last weekend. I am 100% satisfied with this product. The bag has a plastic liner to keep moisture out. We were caught in hard rain a number of times on this ride. The bag kept everything in it completely dry. I would recommend this bag to anyone wanting additional luggage space without going the tourpack route.

I am considering a sissy bar bag for the solo rack. Willie and max has several models. How do you think that would look?

I used a MOLLE style bag I picked up from CountyComm. I used the MOLLE webbing to go through the rack. Hold was firm and the disconnect was quick. The bag has a shoulder strap and a handle.
