I would always worry about oil pump at idle. Not sure those zoomies would enhance performance either. Methinks it is primarily a trailer queen.

I doubt if he built it to be a drag queen and if I was worried about the oil pump, I would blip the throttle once in a while as he did. There are boocoo bikes out there that sound as good or better than the bike in the music video but none of them are Sporty's that I ever heard. Although my son has a 2005 Sporty with gutted screaming eagle slip on's that sound's almost as good at idle as the bike in my video.

Yea, they suck. I have a bike I did a 5000 mile road trip on, that has also been 8.90's; And the valve cover has never been off the bike. I've had 4 over the last 11 years, and want a 5th. I've had my sportster 3 weeks and am already considering replacing it with a street rod hahaha. they're amazing machine.

How about a prize for slow idle, shortly after it starts about 1:28: https://youtu.be/6slhdp6ir9M

The wife and I have been told that we were born 10 to 15 years too late multiple times (I'm 32 and shes 29). She's an Aerosmith fanatic, she can probably tell you what Stephen Tyler had for breakfast this morning, while I'm more of a Crue/Zeppelin/VanHalen fan.
From what I've read, it was Vince on Nikki's bike during the video, but for studio production, I have no idea.
