Since you did the a/c and mufflers, that's the biggest bang for your buck on the 883. To go any further your next step is borring your jugs or buying new 1200 or 1250 jugs and pistons. Ignition and cams are not really going to be worth much on with 883 jugs and heads. So i'd do the jugs first along with cams, to get the bulk of the hp gain. Then from there go after a new ignition module, and look into ported heads. Doing the 1200 conversion is pretty simple and straight forward as long as you follow a manual, so don't shy away from it.
