ATTN: LOW FUEL LIGHT PROB.
[:@]Well i was just at the dealer for 3 hours goin round and round with them trying to convince t hem that my low fuel light comes on after i fill up. So heres how it started........ Service writer wrote it up wrong saying it happens at 35-40mph. So of course it didnt happen, so the tech took it out again at 60(when i happens) and came back "Ugh it didnt come on." So i was all pissed off cause i took off of work to get this fixed so i leave. As soon as i leave it comes back on and i immediately turn around and tell them. So the tech takes it out again and Gollyjee it comes on what a surprise. Now to the point of my story THERE IS A TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN TO REPLACE THE RESISTER so I just want to help others having this problem. My resistor will be here in about 3 days.

RE: ATTN: LOW FUEL LIGHT PROB.
i agree with you, but the dealer should be honest when fixing problems that have TSB's, and not give you a three hour run-around, it he would have looked it upas soon as i got there i would have been in and out.
yes and no on that.
yes- owners would know why they are having a problem
no- people would abuse it and just walk into a dealer and say fix this, this and this, oh and its free
