Install was pretty easy. My Dad came over and helped out. Hopefully I'll get a chance to take it out today and see how they feel.

To me, that brake pedal is much more comfortable than stock. Looks good!

 

Yup, they are the HD ones. They are $400 MSRP but if you order from Chicago Harley Davidson you get 20% off. And shipping is reasonable, too. I think mine cost a total of about $335-340, including shipping.

I've thought about doing that on mine but I'm fairly short and don't know how well they'll work for me. How long did it take to put them on? Bike looks great by the way.

 

It was just about an hour. Maybe a bit less. But, like I said, I had 2 sets of hands so it went a bit quicker. But all in all, its straight forward. We DIDN'T take the pipes off, which the instructions say to do. It took us a little bit to work around all of that. I'm not sure if we saved time by not dropping the pipes, but I assume we did. Plus, I probably did more talking than working, haha. If I was you, I'd go to a dealer and just sit on a 1200C, which already has forward controls on it and see how you like it.
