Default clutch is killing my wifes hand

My wifes 2005 sportster 1200 clutch is killing my wife's hand. It's real tight to pull back. It is not slipping, just super tight even for me. What is the best way to ajust this without smoking her clutch out. It has less than 2500 milles on the bike. Thanks in advance. When I get more time I'll post an intro.

I am ok with the clutch except sitting in traffic for a while, my hand is sore.
Try this , it may work for your wife.

Someone makes an "E-Z Clutch" gizmo for the Spotster, but danged if I can remember who. Try Google, or maybe someone on the forum here will chime in with the info.

At least she doesn't have to worry about having a "girly" handshake

You know those plastic handled grip spring thingies. That you squeeze over and over.

I installed this easy pull clutch because of very bad tendonitis and it has helped tremendously. Took only 20 minutes to install and directions were very good.
