Default Anti-fog

Anyone know of a good anti-fog spray or cleaner to coat your helmet's visor or sunglasses in?

I just bought some "Speedo" brand anti-fog goggle spray on ebay for $5.49... The coating on my PanOptx has worn off...I haven't tried it yet, but I will let you know how it works

I've been wondering the same thing about something to put on goggles to help with rain. Can't use Rain-X, because the lenses are plastic.

REI sells some stuff called catcrap. Pretty funny, but worked like a charm for me. Can't remember what I paid for it but it was just a few dollars and it lasts forever.

one thing i learned years ago as a scuba diver is to use toothpaste. rub it on and around the lenses and rinse off.
