RE: 1967 sportster value
$10K ?no way,not unless it was in original showroom condition....and even then.I think HD7585 hit it.........$2,500-$3,000,maybe a little more.I could have grabbed an early '70's a while back(I think '72 or 3),all original andin good running condition for $2K(too bad I had to decline).Late '60's and early '70's Sportsters are pretty easy to find and can usually be picked up pretty cheap

Tell him you'll give him 10k if he'llgive youadecent60's PAN or SHOVEL....I wouldn't pay 10K for ANY Sportster....EVER! Hell you could piece a nice one together off craigslist and ebay for less than that!

1967 XLCH Value
I've got one totally complete runs like a top, starts first or second kick, new rubber just redid the top end. Shines and is original motor rebuilt 2 yrs ago. Only needs a new speedo to be 100% original.
I turned down an unsolicited offer of $6900 cash because I know it's worth more to someone who loves the earlier XLCH. If he offered $10 k I would have considered it as I am the second owner of the bike (bought it 2 wives ago) it's the longest relationship I have ever had.
