Default Anatomy of a Sportster

Hey guys.
Okay so I was admiring my new bike today and realized that there are a lot of parts of that bike that I don't know the name of. I'm waiting for my owners manual to come in (the dealership had to order one for my bike) and I really want to know what all the parts are. I tried googling and nothing came up. What I'm kinda looking for is a picture or diagram of the bike labeling all the parts of it. Things like the primary and stuff I don't even know what they look like and how to check the oil/fluid in so I'm feeling kinda stupid right now. Like I said the manual is on it's way but in the meantime I want to know that I'm riding a safe bike. By the way it's a 2006 1200 Custom. Thanks for putting up with a clueless f.n.g.

well... there's the engine (makes bike go), the handle bars (part you hold onto and steer with), the lights (they light up), the seat (to sit on), the frame (holds all the parts together), the tires (keeps bike upright, and helps with movement), the gas tank (holds fuel to help engine move), and the list goes on.

[sm=yikesomg.gif] Go to any aftermarket site - like JP Cycles etc.

Start doing your engine part searches....
